Requirements

Non-nude Models including lingerie must provide at least one form of ID

Nude Models must be over the age of 18 Years, and 2 forms of ID are required.

Models, Persons, and People are responsible for their own transportation to the studio or location, and will carry their own insurance for themselves and others in their mode of transportation and while in studio or on scene.  Shutter Fantasies cannot be responsible for personal loss or damage at anytime.

No pictures or images will be taken unless a release form is signed.  you can preview the release form from the Shutter Fantasies website.

Minors must have signed Parent Consent and will not be allowed to expose anything nude, or badly suggestive.  Parents are required to be present for at least the first shoot and written permission to shoot without their presence as long as the parents guide lines are adhered to.

Minors will follow Parent guide lines and US Title 18 Law or shoot will end and no images will be taken.
